When we have low self-esteem we feel down. People say they see it on the outside. "That person must have low self-esteem" Or "She dresses provocative and revealing, she must have high self-esteem". Do we look and feel self-esteem or is it one or the other? Or, is it how others see us and it is neither? We've all made assumptions about someone's confidence based on how they carry themselves — and probably had assumptions made about us, too. This Circle digs into that gap between what we project and what we actually feel, and asks an honest question: who really gets to define what self-esteem looks like?

A small guided conversation. There is a topic, someone keeps the conversation from drifting, and you share as much or as little as you want. No performance, no fixing, no advice you did not ask for.
Here Together offers supportive conversation and shared experience. It is not therapy, medical care or legal services.
