Here Together. More of You.
Participant Disclaimer

What Here Together is—and what it is not.

We keep the website welcoming. This disclaimer becomes deliberate at the point someone chooses to join a Circle, because participants need to understand the boundaries before registering.

Supportive community, not professional treatment

Here Together. More of You. is a supportive community created for conversation, connection, personal reflection, shared experiences and personal growth.

Here Together and its facilitators are not acting as therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, attorneys or other licensed professional service providers. Participation in our Circles, programs, workshops, discussions, events, digital content or other services is not therapy, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice or legal representation and should not be considered a substitute for professional services.

No therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client or other licensed professional relationship is created by participating in Here Together.

Your decisions remain yours

Thoughts, experiences, opinions and perspectives shared in Here Together are intended to support reflection and conversation. Participants remain responsible for evaluating what is appropriate for their own lives and for their own choices, decisions and actions before, during and after participation.

Here Together does not promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, personal change, relationship result, health result, financial result or other outcome from participation.

Other participants speak for themselves

Participants may share personal experiences, beliefs, resources or opinions. Those statements belong to the people who share them and do not automatically represent the views or recommendations of Here Together.

Well-being and emergencies

Here Together is not a crisis-intervention or emergency service. We encourage participants to seek appropriate care from qualified medical, mental-health, legal or other professionals whenever professional assistance may be needed. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

When there appears to be an immediate safety emergency during an in-person or online activity, Here Together may contact emergency services or take other reasonable steps aimed at immediate safety.

Group privacy

Participants agree not to record, photograph, screenshot, publish or intentionally disclose another participant’s identifying personal story without permission. However, because Here Together cannot control every participant’s conduct, absolute confidentiality within a group setting cannot be guaranteed.

Participation acknowledgment

Before paid registration is completed, participants will be required to acknowledge this Disclaimer, the Rules & Guidance and the applicable Refund Policy.
